老年高血压患者社区护理管理效果的观察

Effect Observation of Community Care Management of Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的观察老年高血压患者社区护理管理的降压效果。方法随机选择白城市洮北区长庆社区服务中心管理的110例老年高血压患者为研究对象,在给予相同降压药物治疗的同时给予相应的个体化社区护理管理干预措施,测量社区护理管理干预前后的血压值,判定血压控制良好的例数和比例。结果干预前仅有36例患者的血压得到良好控制,占32.73%;干预后77例患者的血压得到良好控制,占70.00%,干预后血压控制良好比例明显优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理的社区护理管理干预,能够提高老年人的血压控制良好比例,有利于疾病的治疗和预后,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe the antihypertensive effect of elderly patients with hypertension community care management. Methods 110 cases randomly selected for the study in elderly patients with hypertension, antihypertensive drugs are given the same treatment at the same time to give the corresponding individual community care management interventions,measurement of blood pressure values before and after the intervention of community nursing management determines the number of patients with well-controlled blood pressure and ratio. Results Only 36 cases of blood pressure in patients with pre-intervention to get good control, accounting for 32.73%; 77 patients after the intervention of blood pressure is well controlled, accounting for 70.00 percent, good blood pressure control after the intervention was significantly better than before the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Rational management of community nursing intervention can improve the control of blood pressure in the elderly proportion of good, beneficial in the treatment and prognosis of the disease, worthy of clinical application.
