The Empirical Research on the Basic Medical Condition of the Community Health Service Centers

目的了解某市社区卫生服务中心基本医疗服务提供情况,分析可能存在的问题,并探讨解决方法。方法对某市社区卫生服务基本情况进行回顾性调查,对相关数据进行统计描述分析。结果某市社区卫生服务相对全国处于中等偏上水平,门诊服务、住院服务、双向转诊等服务均有待发展。结论需要进一步提高社区卫生服务医疗水平,完善家庭病床和双向转诊相关制度。

Objective To investigate the service situation of community health service centers, analyze potential problems and discuss effective solutions. Methods We conducted a retrospective study of community health services, and statistical description and analysis were explicated. Results The community health service was above the medium level compared with the national average level. The outpatient service, inpatient service and dual referral service need further development.Conclusion Efforts should be made to improve the medical level of community health service and perfect the systems of hospital beds at home and dual referral service.
