抑郁症应用整体护理管理的效果研究

目的探析抑郁症运用整体护理管理的临床效果。方法选择2012年12月—2014年12月期间该院收治的120例抑郁症患者为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为两组,两组均接受对症治疗,其中给予对照组常规护理,而观察组则运用整体护理,对比分析两组的护理效果。结果护理前,两组的SDS和HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,与对照组相比,观察组的SDS和HAMD评分明显较低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的治疗费用和住院时间均较少,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比较对照组而言,观察组的治疗总有效率较高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上在对抑郁症患者进行治疗时,再给予整体护理管理,一方面能够改善患者的症状,控制患者病情;另一方面还能提高治疗效果,使患者的住院时间缩短,从而促进患者更快更好地康复,具有一定的推广和运用价值。

Objective To analysis the clinical effect of depression using overall nursing management. Methods In December, 2012-December 2014 120 cases of our hospital during the period of depression patients as the research object, according to the hospital sequence is divided into two groups, both groups are symptomatic treatment, which gives the control group routine care, while the observation group using overall nursing, comparative analysis the nursing effect of the two groups. Results Before treatment, two groups of SDS and HAMD scores more have no statistical significance(P>0.05); After nursing, compared with the control group, SDS and HAMD scores of observation group was obviously lower, comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05); Compared with control group, the treatment cost and the length of hospital stay in observation group were less, comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the observation treatment group total effective rate is higher, comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical treatment of patients with depression, and then give the overall nursing management, on the one hand, it can improve the patient's symptoms, control patients, on the other hand it can improve the treatment effect, make the hospitalization time of the patients, patients to promote better and faster recovery, has certain promotion and use value.
