应用功效系数综合评价餐馆环境卫生质量

摘要 目的应用功效系数综合评价餐馆环境卫生质量。方法应用基于功效系数的分档法评价某地34家餐馆环境卫生监测结果。结果餐馆环境卫生质量的排序为G<P<A<T<K<J<X<R<B<V<Y<AH<C<AD<S<AF<I<Z<N<L<O<AE<U<M<AC<D<E<AG<Q<H<F<AA<AB<W,其中差者包括2家,偏差者包括4家,中等者包括9家,偏优者包括17家,优者包括2家,其排序与等级内餐馆分布数量和构成与秩和比法的分析结论不尽相同。结论功效系数能充分利用原始数据提供的信息,根据其分析结果可指导卫生监督工作的顺利开展,不但提高餐馆环境卫生质量。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy coefficient comprehensive environmental health quality restaurants. Methods Based on efficacy coefficient binning Evaluation somewhere 34 restaurants in environmental health monitoring results.Results Restaurants sanitation quality sort of G <P <A <T <K <J <X <R <B <V <Y <AH <C <AD <S <AF <I <Z <N <L <O <AE <U <M <AC <D <E <AG <Q <H <F <AA <AB <W, which included two poor deviations included four, who include nine moderate, partial gifted persons including 17, included two excellent, its sorting and distribution of the number of restaurants within a grade and composition and RSR analysis conclusion is different. Conclusion Efficiency coefficient can take full advantage of the information provided in the original data, based on the results of its analysis to guide the smooth development of health supervision, not only improve the quality of restaurant sanitation.
