摘要
反思性教学是教与学的双边性行为,反思性的方法在教与学中是相同的,某一种形式既可以培养学生成为反思性的学习者,又可以培养教师成为反思性的教育者,方法并不绝对,关键在于如何筛选各种方法因材施教地运用到教学当中,实现教师与学生的同步发展。反思性教学的提出对世界各国的教育产生了深远影响,对于提高教师和学生发现问题、解决问题的能力有着重要的意义。该研究综述了国内外反思性教与学的理论研究,对国内的反思性教学在护理教学中的应用和我国护理教学中反思性教学存在的问题进行归纳总结,为护理教育中反思性教学的进一步开展提供依据。
Reflective Teaching and Learning in bilateral behavior, reflective approach in teaching and learning is the same,a particular form of either students become reflective learners, they can train teachers to become reflective educators the process is not absolute, the key is how to filter a variety of methods to use individualized teaching among teachers and students to achieve synchronous development.Reflective Teaching presented to education around the world had a profound impact, to improve teachers and students to identify problems, ability to solve problems of great significance. Reflective teaching and learning theoretical researches reviewed in this paper, on the domestic application of reflective teaching issues and teaching of nursing Reflective Teaching in nursing teaching summarized for nursing education is further reflective teaching provide the basis to carry out.
