摘要
目的分析实施抗菌药物持续改进措施的成效和不足,为今后工作提供参考。方法分别随机抽取2013年4月、2014年4月、2015年4月门诊处方各100张、II类切口手术各100例和住院病历各100例进行统计分析。结果抗菌药物各项指标基本控制在专项整治活动要求的范围内,持续改进措施效果显著。结论抗菌药物持续改进提高了临床抗菌药物合理应用水平。
Objective To provide reference for further work by Analyzing the effectivenessand inadequate of continuous improvement of antibacterial drugs. Methods 100 outpatient prescriptions, 100 cases of II class incision and 100 hospitalized records were selected randomly in April 2013, April 2014 and April 2015 for statistical analysis. Results All indexesof antimicrobial drugs were controlled within the range of special rectification activities,which required a significant effect. Conclusion Rational antibiotics utilization can be improved by continuous improvement of antibacterial drugs.
