摘要
目的探讨扁平化管理在妇科优质护理服务中的实施效果。方法该院于2014年1月在妇科实施扁平化管理,比较实施前后妇科护理服务效果。结果扁平化管理实施后,患者平均住院时间、相同病种住院费用明显减少,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,患者对妇科护理工作的满意度明显提高,与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扁平化管理对缓解"住院贵"等问题具有推动作用,同时可显著提高患者满意度,值得推广。
Objective Discussed flat-styled management effect in high quality nursing service of department of gynaecology.Methods Our hospital in January 2014 in implementing flating management of department of gynaecology, compared before and after the implementation of department of gynaecology nursing service. Results Flating management after implementation, the average length of hospital stay, significantly reduce the cost of the same disease to hospital, and significant difference(P<0.05); At the same time, the patient of department of gynaecology nursing job satisfaction increased significantly,compared with before carrying out, the significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Flat management to alleviate the problem such as 'hospital expensive', at the same time can significantly improve patient satisfaction, is worth promoting.
