摘要
目的分析优质护理服务在心血管内科临床护理中的应用价值。方法随机选取入住该院心血管内科患者100例,将其分成两组,称为对照组和观察组。对照组实行常规性较强的护理模式,观察组则是根据心血管内科患者的病情发展情况制定科学有效的优质护理服务模式,比较两组实际护理效果。结果观察组患者实行优质护理服务模式的整体有效率和患者对护理工作的满意度较对照组患者高。结论优质护理服务在心血管内科临床护理中的应用价值相对较高,改善患者的临床治疗工作质量,提高患者满意度。
Objective To analyze quality of nursing service in the Cardiovascular internal medicine clinical nursing application value. Methods 100 patients with random check in the hospital cardiovascular internal medicine, it is divided into two groups, known as the control group and observation group.Control group with routine strong care model, observation group is according to the condition of patients with cardiovascular internal medicine development situation, formulate scientific and effective high quality nursing service mode, compared two groups of practical nursing effect. Results The observation group patients in the high quality nursing service mode of the overall efficient and patients to nursing job satisfaction higher than the control group patients. Conclusion High quality nursing service application in cardiovascular internal medicine clinical nursing value is relative taller, improve the quality of the clinical treatment for patients, improve patient satisfaction.
