目的分析该地区0~18个月儿童影响其智能发育的主要因素。方法选取2014年4月—2015年3月卫生院儿保门诊550例儿童进行分析调查,应用丹佛智能测试表筛选异常+可疑儿童,应用自行拟制表格调查影响儿童智能发育因素并进行分析与检验。结果 550例儿童丹佛智能测试结果异常+可疑筛出率总体为9.1%,男性为9.9%,女性为8.0%,其中抚育人文化程度、儿童喂养方式、头围发育水平是影响儿童智能发育的主要因素。结论丹佛筛查儿童智能异常有重要应用价值,有助于提升儿童身心发展水平,对于实现优生优育具有重要意义。

Conclusion Denver children smart abnormal screening has important value, help to improve the level of physical and mental development of children, prenatal and postnatal care for the realization of great significance.
