健康教育对结核性脑膜炎患者生活质量及对护理工作满意度的影响

Influence of Health Education on Qualities of Life and Nursing Job Satisfactions of Patients with Tuberculosis Meningitis

目的分析健康教育对结核性脑膜炎患者生活质量及对护理工作满意度的影响。方法选择在该院收治的结核性脑膜炎患者60例作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和生活质量综合评估表对患者进行生活质量评定并调查其对护理工作的满意度。对接受健康教育后与接受健康教育前患者生理健康、心理健康、社会功能、物质生活维度的得分情况及患者对护理工作的满意率进行比较。结果该数据60例患者接受健康教育后生理健康、心理健康、社会功能、物质生活维度的得分及对护理工作的满意率明显高于接受健康教育前,差异有统计学意义(均P﹤0.01)。结论健康教育能有效改善结核性脑膜炎患者的生活质量,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得借鉴和推广。

Objective To analyze the influence of health education on qualities of life and nursing job satisfactions of patients with tuberculosis meningitis. Methods There were 60 patients with tuberculosis meningitis surveyed by general data questionnaire and evaluated by overall evaluation sheet of quality of life in order to compare the situations of qualities of life and nursing job satisfactions of 60 patients with tuberculosis meningitis after being accepted health education with before education, including the dimensionality’s scores of physical health, mental health, social function and material life and the incidence of nursing job satisfactions.Results Among 60 surveyed patients after obtaining health education, the dimensionality’s scores of physical health, mental health, social function and material life and the incidence of nursing job satisfactions were significantly higher than before education, the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.01). Conclusion Health education can effectively improve qualities of life and nursing job satisfactions of patients with tuberculosis meningitis, and it is worthy being referenced and expanded.
