产妇临产的心理状态剖析及护理

目的分析探讨产妇临产的心理状态与护理措施。方法从2014年2月—2015年3月该院入院72例的临产妇中按入院编号随机选取36例设为观察组,对产妇采取个性化心理护理,将另外36例患者设为对照组,对产妇给予常规护理。对比观察组和对照组产妇护理前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表得分(SDS),并对比两组产妇护理后的生产方式。结果护理前,观察组和对照组产妇的SAS评分、SDS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组产妇SAS评分、SDS评分与对照组相比明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组产妇顺产率明显高于对照组,剖宫产率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结合临产妇心理状况采取个性化护理措施,有利于消除患者焦虑与抑郁心理,提高顺产率,确保分娩顺利进行,维护产妇身心健康,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the psychological status and nursing measures of parturient. Methods From February2014 to March 2015 in the hospital in 72 cases of parturient women according to admission numbers randomly selected 36 cases of design as the observation group, on maternal personalized psychological nursing and another 36 cases were set as control group and given routine nursing care on maternal. The anxiety self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and self rating Depression Scale(SDS) were compared between the observation group and control group, and compared with the two groups of maternal care after the production mode. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group and the control group were compared with that of the control group, the difference was not significant, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After nursing, the observation group SAS score, SDS score and the control group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Nursing, the observation group maternal birth rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, the rate of cesarean section was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion According to the clinical psychological status of pregnant women take personalized nursing measures, is conducive to the elimination of patients with anxiety and depression, improve the birth rate to ensure smooth delivery, maternal health maintenance. It is worthy of clinical application.
