妇女产后保健意识现状分析

Analysis of Women's Postpartum Health Care Awareness and Status Quo

目的对在该院进行产后检查的妇女现阶段的健康意识情况进行分析。方法选取2013年1月—2015年3月期间,在该市妇幼保健院接受产后检查护理的90名妇女作为该次研究的对象,对其问卷调查的结果进行总结和分析。结果产后妇女的保健意识与其年龄和学历呈现出一定的正比例关系,年龄在31~35岁之间产妇的健康意识高于年龄偏小的产妇,学历在大专以上的产妇,其保健意识明显高于低学历的产妇,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇女的产后保健意识与其年龄和学历具有明显的关联,提高产后保健意识可以帮助产妇进行科学有效的产后护理,帮助产妇及新生婴儿增强体质。这需要保健院的医护人员对不同产妇进行全面的护理知识宣传教育,实行全面细致的护理,提高产妇的自我护理能力以及产后保健意识。

Objective To analyze the health awareness of the women who were in our hospital for the present situation.Methods 90 women who received postpartum examination in our city and women’s and children’s Hospital from January2013 to March 2015 were selected as the object of this study. The results were summarized and analyzed according to the age and educational background of two different cases. Results The health consciousness of the postpartum women was positively proportional to their age and education background, and the health consciousness of women aged 31-35 years was higher than that of the aged, and the health consciousness was significantly higher than that in the low education level.Conclusion Women’s postpartum health consciousness has a significant correlation with age and education background, and improve the health consciousness of postpartum can help pregnant women to carry out scientific and effective postpartum nursing, and help the maternal and newborn babies to enhance their physical health. This requires health care workers to carry out a comprehensive nursing education for different mothers, the implementation of comprehensive and meticulous care, improve maternal self-care ability and postpartum health awareness.
