自闭症儿童社会交往障碍的家庭康复护理

目的探讨自闭症儿童社会交往障碍的家庭康复护理方法及应用效果。方法对照组自闭症患儿均提供临床常规康复护理,研究组在常规护理基础上加用家庭康复护理措施。记录两组自闭症患儿护理前后生活质量、疾病程度变化情况及患儿家属对该次护理工作满意度。结果两组自闭症患儿护理前疾病程度及生活质量对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经上述不同方法护理后两组ATEC量表评分均较之前显著降低,而SF-36量表则较之前显著提高,研究组病情及生活质量改善程度优于对照组患儿(P<0.05);研究组患儿家属对护理效果满意率高达86.67%,对照组仅获得33.33%护理效果满意率(P<0.05)。结论对自闭症患儿给予常规护理基础上加用家庭康复护理可显著提高其疗效及生活质量,有利于保障患儿预后效果及维持良好的护患关系。

Objective To investigate the barriers to social interaction of autistic children home rehabilitation nursing method and application. Methods The control group of children with autism are providing clinical routine rehabilitation care, research group based on the use of conventional nursing home rehabilitation nursing. Record two autistic quality of life,changes in the extent of disease in children and their families for this job satisfaction before and after nursing care of children. Results The care of children with autism before the extent of disease and quality of life contrast there was no significant difference(P>0.05); by different methods prior to the above two groups after treatment compared ATEC scale score was significantly decreased, while the amount of SF-36 table is significantly improved compared to the previous study group to improve the condition and quality of life than children in the control group level(P<0.05); the study group for families of children care benefits satisfaction rate 86.67%, 33.33% in the control group only received satisfactory care rate(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with autism received routine care plus rehabilitation nursing home based on can significantly improve the efficacy and quality of life, help protect the prognosis effect and maintain good nurse-patient relationship.
