护理管理对老年呼吸内科医院感染的控制效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Nursing Management on the Hospital Infection Control in the Department of Geriatric Respiratory Medicine

目的分析护理管理对老年呼吸内科医院感染的控制效果。方法选择在该院老年呼吸内科进行治疗的患者100例,给予其随机分组治疗,对照组50例,采用常规护理干预,观察组50例,在常规护理的基础上给予预防性护理。对比两组患者感染控制效果。结果对照组患者感染发生率为20.0%,观察组为6.0%,观察组感染发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理质量评分以及护理满意度上,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年呼吸内科中加强护理管理,采用预防性护理措施,可有效提高护理质量,显著降低感染率,对于医院感染控制以及护理管理质量的提高均具有积极意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing management on the hospital infection control in the department of geriatric respiratory medicine. Methods 100 cases of patients in the department of geriatric respiration medicine in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention, while the observation group adopted the predictive nursing on the basis of the routine nursing and the infection control effect was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of infection in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(20.0% vs 6.0%), and the difference was obvious, and the nursing quality score and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhancing the nursing management in the department of geriatric respiration medicine and predictive nursing measures can effectively improve the nursing quality and obviously reduce the infection rate, which is of positive significance to the hospital infection control and improvement of nursing management quality.
