PDCA循环管理在癌痛患者健康教育中的应用研究

Research on Application of PDCA Circulation Management in the Health Education of Patients with Cancer Pains

目的对出现癌痛症状恶性肿瘤疾病患者治疗期间实施健康教育中应用PDCA循环管理模式的临床效果进行研究。方法选择该院收治的出现癌痛症状恶性肿瘤疾病患者82例,随机、均等分为2组。对照组在治疗期间实施健康教育;采用PDCA循环管理模式对观察组患者在治疗期间实施健康教育。结果观察组满意度明显高于对照组;在干预前后疼痛程度VAS评分的改善幅度明显大于对照组;癌痛症状消失时间和癌痛控制计划实施总时间明显短于对照组;在治疗期间出现的不良事件例数明显少于对照组。结论应用PDCA循环管理模式对出现癌痛症状恶性肿瘤疾病患者治疗期间实施健康教育的临床效果非常明显。

Objective To research the clinical effect of PDCA circulation management in the health education of patients with malignant tumor disease cancer pains. Methods 82 cases of patients with malignant tumor disease cancer pains admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each, the control group adopted the health education during the treatment period, and the observation group adopted the health education by the PDCA circulation management model. Results The satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the VAS score improvement range before and after intervention was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the cancer pain symptom disappearance time and caner pain controlling plan implementation total time were obviously shorter than those in the control group, and the incidence rate of adverse events was obviously fewer than that in the control group during the treatment period. Conclusion The clinical effect of application of PDCA circulation management model in the health education of patients with malignant tumor disease cancer pains is very obvious.
