质量控制小组管理模式在手术室护理管理中开展的价值研究

Research on Value of Quality Control Group Management Model in the Nursing Management in the Operating Room

目的研究分析质量控制小组管理应用于手术室护理管理中的价值。方法将2012年4月—2013年5月未实施质量控制小组管理模式前的护理人员100名作为对照组,并将2013年6月—2014年7月实施质量控制小组人员100名为观察组,对比分析两组护理不良事件以及护理质量评分。结果经对比,观察组的护理不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,且护理质量评分明显优于对照组,两组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理中实施质量控制小组管理,显著提高医院护理工作质量,减少医院护理工作中不良事件发生,提高医院综合竞争力。

Objective To research and analyze the value of quality control group management model in the nursing management in the operating room. Methods 100 nursing staff without the quality control from April 2012 to May 2013 was selected as the control group and the quality control group(n=100) with quality control from June 2013 to July 2014 was selected as the observation group, and the nursing adverse events and nursing quality scores were compared between the two groups.Results The comparison showed that the incidence rate of nursing adverse events was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the nursing quality score was obviously better than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance by comparison(P<0.05). Conclusion The quality control group management in the nursing in the operating room can obviously improve the hospital nursing work quality, reduce the occurrence of adverse events in the hospital nursing work and improve the hospital comprehensive competiveness.
