摘要
目的优化门诊环境与流程、为患者打造一站式服务门诊,提升患者就医体验。方法通过改造和优化诊区布局、病室环境、就诊流程、强化服务意识,着力解决专科门诊服务中存在的问题,并以问卷调查方式对优化前后的效果进行比较评估。结果就诊环境温馨舒适,服务流程顺畅便捷,门诊患者就医满意度明显上升。结论改造和优化诊区环境及就诊流程、开展人性化的护理服务对于提高门诊就诊效率,改善患者就诊满意度及就医体验,以及提升医院服务质量和整体形象有着极为重要的作用。
Objective To optimize the outpatient environment and course and create the one-stop service outpatient for patients and improve the medical experience for patients. Methods The issues in the special outpatient service were solved by improving and optimizing the diagnosis area layout, ward environment, diagnosis course and intensifying the service awareness, and the effect before and after optimization was evaluated by the questionnaires. Results The treatment environment was comfortable, the service course was smooth and simple, and the medical satisfactory degree of outpatients obviously increased. Conclusion The improvement and optimization of treatment environment and treatment course and the development of humanistic nursing service is of important significance to improving the outpatient treatment efficacy, improving the treatment satisfactory degree of patients and medical experience and improving the hospital service quality and holistic image.
