共情是良好护患关系的切入点,是所有护患沟通的精髓。该文通过对共情的概念分析、在护患沟通中的作用、护士运用共情能力的方法来阐述共情可以提高护患沟通,建立良好的护患关系,减少护患纠纷的发生。
The sympathy is a breakthrough point of the good nurse-patient communication and is also the essence of all nurse-patient communications, and the paper elaborates the conception of sympathy, function in the nurse-patient communication and application method of sympathy ability of nurses thus improving the nurse-patient communication, establishing the good nurse-patient relationship and reducing the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes.
