摘要 完善高等职业教育院校的教学质量评价体系是提高高等职业院校自身办学质量和管理水平的依据,也是教育行政督导与教育研究部门对高等职业教育教学水平监控与评价的重要来源与依据。该文建立的教学质量评价与监控体系是以校系教学督导组为主导,以教务处为主体的两线监控网络;形成校、系(部)、科室"三级管理"的教学组织与管理机构和以教学专家、任课教师、上课学生、用人单位"四维"的教学质量水平评价体系,以此形成分工明确、协调配合的较为完善的高等职业教育院校的教学质量评价体系。 Improving the evaluation system of teaching quality is the gist of promoting the teaching quality and management level of the higher vocational colleges,and is also an important source and basis for the educational administrative supervision and education research department to monitor and evaluate the teaching quality of higher vocational education.The evaluation and monitoring system in this paper is dominated by the teaching supervision group of the college and faculty,led by the teaching affairs office,which forms a "three level management" teaching organization and management institution by the college,faculty and administrative office and a "four dimension" teaching quality evaluation system by the experts,teachers,students and companies,thus a teaching quality evaluation system with definite division of labor,harmony and unity for higher vocational education colleges is constructed.
