护理不良事件的分析与管理对策探讨

Analysis of Nursing Adverse Events and Management Countermeasures

目的探讨护理不良事件因素,同时采取相对应的管理对策。方法对该院2015年1月—2016年12月由护理系统上报的护理不良隐患一共有87例,对87例的护理不良事件给予分析研究,同时采取相对应的管理对策。结果在87例护理不良隐患当中,压疮4例,给药3例,导管脱落1例,输液反应2例。另外,职称为护士,工作年龄<5年,工作时间段在上午8:00-12:00的情况之下,不良隐患的发生率明显高于其他(P<0.05)。结论引发护理不良事件的影响因素包含多个方面,然而采取针对性的管理对策,增强护理管理,可以使发生护理不良事件的几率明显降低。

Objective This paper tries to explore the causes of nursing adverse events and corresponding management countermeasures.Methods A total of 87 cases of nursing adverse events reported in the hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed and the corresponding management countermeasures were studied.Results Among the 87 cases of nursing adverse events,4 cases of pressure sores,3 cases of dosage,1 case of catheter shedding and 2 cases of infusion reaction happened.In addition,the incidence of adverse risks of those whose professional title was nurse,working age was less than 5 years,and working period was between 8:00 and 12:00 in the morning was significantly higher than that of others(P <0.05).Conclusion The causes of nursing adverse events include many aspects.The targeted management countermeasures and improvement of the nursing management can reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.
