品管圈活动降低消毒供应室护理人员手卫生不规范率的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Quality Control Circle Activities to Reduce the Non-standard Rate of Hand Hygiene among Nurses in Disinfection Supply Room

目的探讨品管圈活动降低消毒供应室护理人员手卫生不规范率的应用效果。方法通过品管圈活动:选取主题,设定目标,实施措施,效果评定等来观察该院消毒供应室护理人员手卫生不规范率降低状况。该次品管圈活动时间2016年7—12月,视为B组;调研2016年1—6月供应室护理人员手卫生执行状况,视为A组。结果 A组执行率和不规范率分别为:97.25%和21.20%,B组执行率和不规范率为:97.31%和6.44%。B组手卫生不规范率明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论通过品管圈活动可有效降低消毒供应室护理人员手卫生不规范发生率,提高护理人员的责任意识,降低交叉感染。

Objective This paper tries to explore the application efficiency of quality control circle activities on reducing the nonstandard rate of hand hygiene among nurses in disinfection supply room.Methods The decrease of non-standard rate of hand hygiene of nurses in the disinfection supply room of this hospital were observed through the quality control circle activities,including selecting the theme,setting goals,implementing measures,evaluating effects.The operation time of quality control circle activities was from July to December 2016,considered as the group B.The hand hygiene implementation of the nurses in the supply room from January to June 2016 was considered as the group A.Results The implementation rate and nonstandard rate of group A were 97.25% and 21.20% respectively and that of group B were 97.31% and 6.44% respectively.The non-standard rate of hand hygiene in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P <0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the nonstandard rate of hand hygiene of nurses in disinfection supply room,improve the sense of responsibility of nurses and reduce cross infection.
