静疗小组对静疗工作的影响初步分析

Analysis of the Effect of Intravenous Infusion Therapy Group on Intravenous Infusion Therapy

目的分析静疗小组对静疗工作质量影响。方法在组建静疗小组前,2014年12月,医院门诊静脉输液室共进行静脉输液1 874例,2014年全年PICC置管中心置管174例次。在组建静疗小组后,2015年12月,门诊静脉输液室共进行静脉输液1 992例,2015年全年PICC置管中心置管192例次。结果组建小组后,PICC1次穿刺成功率高于组建前,PICC并发症合计发生率、门诊静脉输液相关并发症合计发生率、护患纠纷发生率低于组建小组前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静疗小组可明显提高静疗工作质量。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of intravenous infusion therapy group on intravenous infusion therapy.Methods Before the organization of intravenous infusion therapy group,in December 2014,1874 cases were implemented the intravenous infusion by intravenous infusion room in hospital outpatient and 174 cases of PICC central catheter were done in the whole year of 2014.In December 2015,after the formation of intravenous infusion therapy group,1992 cases were intravenous infused in intravenous infusion room,and 192 cases of PICC central catheter were done in this whole year.Results The success rate of PICC puncture for the first time after the construction of the group was higher than that of before.The total incidence of complications of PICC,the total incidence of outpatient intravenous infusion related complications,and incidence of disputes between nurses and patients after the construction of the group were lower than that of before,so the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous therapy group can significantly improve the quality of intravenous therapy.
