摘要
目的探究细节管理在医院妇产科管理中的应用效果。方法将2016年1月—2017年3月该院妇产科收治的300例患者纳入研究,随机分为两组,各150例,对照组实施常规管理模式,观察组实施细节管理,对比两组护理满意度。结果在护理满意度上,观察组为97.33%,对照组为81.33%,明显低于观察组,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院妇产科管理中应用细节管理,能够有效提高医疗服务质量,获得患者的认可,值得采纳应用。
Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of detail management in obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital. Methods 300 cases included in the study from January 2016 to March 2017 in this hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 150 cases each group, the control group received the routine management mode, the observation group adopted detail management mode, and then the nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results As for the nursing satisfaction degree, the observation group was 97.33%, significantly higher than the control group of 81.33%, the difference between the two groups was significant statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of detailed management in the management of obstetrics and gynecology in hospital can effectively improve the quality of medical service, obtain the approval of patients, and it is worthy of application.
