心血管内科护理管理中风险因素分析及安全防范对策

Analysis of Risk Factors and Safety Countermeasures in Safety Management of Cardiology

目的通过对心血管内科护理管理中存在的风险因素进行分析,探讨有效安全防范对策。方法选取该院自2016年2月—2017年2月150例心血管患者临床治疗资料,并且按照患者治疗时间将150例心血管患者进行分组,各75例。对两组患者采用不同的护理方式,对风险事件进行对比分析,并且对心血管内科护理管理中出存在的风险因素进行总结和分析,探讨行之有效的防范措施。结果通过研究发现研究组护理风险事件发生率、护理满意度明显要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对心血管内科护理风险因素发生原因的分析,并且有针对性的运用防范措施,可以降低护理风险事件发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the risk factors in the nursing management of cardiovascular medicine, and to put forward the effective safety precautions, so as to reduce the incidence of nursing risks. Methods 150 cases of cardiovascular patients from February 2016 to February 2017 in this hospital were selected, and they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the time of treatment, with 75 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were treated with different care methods, and then the risks during the treatment caused by risk factors of the two groups were analyzed and compared. The risk factors in the cardiovascular management were summarized and analyzed, and the effective precautions were explored. Results The incidence of nursing risks in the study group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The differences in satisfaction with nursing management among the different groups were also statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The cardiovascular medicine care is affected by a variety of factors, through the analysis of the causes of these risk factors and targeted preventive measures being used can reduce the incidence of care risk events and improve patient's satisfaction.
