摘要
目的探究微创脊柱外科影像资料在脊柱外科教学中的应用效果。方法收集近三年的微创脊柱外科影像资料,结合标本与模型,详细阐述脊柱外科的重点和难点。结果根据统计原先影像资料从之前仅占课时的10.0%增加到30.0%,教学幻灯内容从之前的25.0%增加到现在的45.0%。通过问卷调查发现,30.0%的学生学习兴趣较之前显著提高;通过统计近三年的考试发现,学生考试内容的正确率大大提高,从原先的71.5%逐渐提高到现在的95.0%。结论在脊柱外科教学中,通过应用微创脊柱外科影像资料可以帮助学生加深理解,激发学习兴趣,促进教学质量的显著提高。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of minimally invasive spinal surgery imaging data in spine surgery teaching. Methods The image data of minimally invasive spine surgery in recent three years were collected and combined with sample and model, the emphasis and difficulty of spinal surgery were elaborated. Results According to the statistics, the original image data increased from the 10.0% to 30.0% in the class, the content of teaching slide from 25.0% before to now 45.0%. Through the questionnaire survey, it was found that 30.0% of the students' learning interest improved more significantly than before; seen from the examination results of the nearly 3 years, the correct rate of students in the examination greatly improved, gradually increased from the original 71.5% to 95.0% now. Conclusion In the teaching of spinal surgery, minimally invasive spinal surgery imaging data can help students to deepen understanding, stimulate learning interest, and promote the quality of teaching significantly.
