摘要
目的探索该校护理学院实训教学改革,提高学生的综合护理能力。方法采用便利抽样方法,选取2015级本科1班226名学生为试验组,2015级本科2班215名学生为对照组。试验组采用改革后的实训课程教学;对照组由按传统方法进行教学,自2016年9月—2017年7月,历时两个学期。结果在护理实训成绩与思维能力方面,试验组比对照组实训成绩高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);思维能力方面,除求知欲条目外,试验组各项能力均比照组得分高,且得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在学生教学满意度方面,实验组各条目得分均明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改革后的护理实训教学教学有利于提高学生的综合护理能力,是培养技能型护理人才的有效形式。
Objective This paper tries to explore the reform of practical teaching in nursing college and to improve the comprehensive nursing ability of students. Methods 226 students in grade 2015, class 1 were selected as the experimental group, and 215 students in grade 2015, class 2 were selected as the control group by using the convenience sampling method. The experimental group adopted the post-reform training course teaching; the control group was taught by traditional methods and lasted for two semesters from September 2016 to July 2017. Results In the field of nursing practice and thinking ability, the experimental group was higher than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05); In terms of thinking ability, in addition to the intellectual curiosity, the experimental group had higher scores than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In terms of students' satisfaction with teaching, the score of each item in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group the difference was statistically siynificant(P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching of nursing practice after reform is beneficial to improve students' comprehensive nursing ability, which is an effective form of training skilled nursing talents.
