摘要
目的探讨细节思维管理在临床护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取该院2015年9月—2016年9月期间收治住院患者88例作为该次研究的对象,依据随机平均原则划分为参照组44例与研究组44例。参照组44例患者行常规护理干预,研究组44例患者在此基础上行细节思维管理护理干预。对两组患者的护理满意度情况以及并发症的发生情况进行记录与分析。结果研究组患者的护理满意度显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症发生几率显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节思维管理应用于临床护理管理工作中不仅能够提高患者的护理满意度同时还能改善患者的病情,提高临床护理质量,保证护理安全,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective This paper tries to explore the application value of detail thinking management in clinical nursing management. Methods 88 patients admitted to this hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the principle of random average, 44 cases were regarded as the control group and 44 cases in the study group. In the control group, 44 patients underwent routine nursing intervention. 44 patients of the study group underwent detailed thinking management nursing intervention. The satisfaction of the two groups of patients and the occurrence of complications were recorded and analyzed. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant. ConclusionThe application of detail thinking management in clinical nursing management can not only improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, but also improve the patient's condition, improve the quality of clinical care, ensure the safety of care, therefore it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
