笔者着重分析了医务人员思想上存在的主要问题,论述了医院思想政治教育工作的重要性。阐述了加强医务人员思想政治教育工作的途径和方法思路,着重介绍了嘉兴市中医医院在思想政治教育工作中的做法。通过加强思想政治教育工作,提高医务人员素质,树立良好的医德医风,不断提高医疗服务能力,持续提高人民群众就医的获得感。

The author analyzes the main problems in medical personnel's thought, and discusses the importance of education work in ideology and politics in the hospital. This paper expounds the ways and means of strengthening the work of education of the medical staff's ideology and politics, and emphatically introduces the practice in the work of education of the Jiaxing TCM Hospital. Through strengthening the ideological and political education work, improving the quality of medical staff, establishing good medical ethics, constantly improving the medical service capacity, people's access to medical care can be continuously improved.
