摘要
本文推导了具有模糊化的污水处理费用目标和水质约束的河流水污染控制系统规划的模糊数学规划(FMP)模型,提出了考虑污染源负荷的模糊信息的河流水污染控制系统最佳规划方案选择的模糊决策(FDM)方法,并给出了研究实例。本文的研究将为河流水质管理提供有用的理论工具。
The problem of the river water polllution control systems planning is formulated in the form of the fuzzy mathematical programming (FMP) with fuzzily decribed the wastewater treatment cost goal and the water quality constraints. A fuzzy decision making (FDM) with fuzzy information about the point-sources discharge for determining optimal performance of the river water pollution control systems is developed. A study case is given. This study can provide an useful scientific tool for the river water quality management.
