点阵式布置高阻尼橡胶隔振器在磨煤机基础中的应用研究

摘要 磨煤机一般采用大块式基础,基础重量大于设备重量的5倍,基础混凝土用量大.也有不少项目采用了弹簧隔振基础,但需要设置集水坑等,需要较大的空间.华能某电厂磨煤机基础空间不足,传统的设计思路很难解决振动控制要求.针对该项目特点,研发了高阻尼橡胶隔振器,采用点阵式布置方案,在磨煤机基础配重不满足5倍的条件下取得了良好的效果.理论分析和现场实测均证明该隔振方案能够满足设计要求. The traditional mill foundations usually use raft foundation;the weight of foundation must be bigger than 5times of equipment dead weight;the amount of concrete is very large.Some projects use spring vibration isolation;but this method needs to layout water collection pit and needs more space.Taking a certain project as object,the space is not enough for mill foundation.The traditional design method is difficult to meet the vibration control requirement.Aiming at the speciality of this project,we developed high-damp rubber vibration isolator;and it is proved to be good in this project.The theoretical analysis and field test show that the isolation method meets the design requirements.
