高强度S460钢柱抗火性能分析

摘要 随着高强钢的广泛应用,其抗火性能成为一个研究热点.为了研究高强S460钢柱的抗火性能,引入高温力学性能参数,考虑初始残余应力分布及几何缺陷,采用ABAQUS有限元程序分析了高强S460钢柱的抗火性能,得到了ISO-834标准升温条件下钢柱的临界温度.对比了高强度S460钢柱和普通Q235钢柱的抗火性能参数.分析结果表明:虽然高强S460钢材高温屈服强度折减系数比普通钢要小,但在相同条件下,高强S460钢柱的抗火性能与普通钢柱相差不大;高强度S460钢柱的抗火性能相比于普通钢对初始缺陷更加敏感;长细比对于普通钢的临界温度影响不大,但对高强S460钢柱影响较为显著. With the extensive use of high strength steel,the fire-resistance has become a hot spot.In order to study the fire-resistance of high-strength-steel S460columns,the ABAQUS is used to analyze the fire-resistance of high-strength-steel S460columns with the introduction of high temperature mechanical performance parameters and considering the initial residual stress and geometrical imperfections.The critical temperature of steel columns under the temperature of the furnace followed ISO-834standard curve is calculated.Parameter of fire-resistance between high-strength-steel S460columns and mild Q235 columns is compared.The study results show that in the same condition,the fire resistance of high strength steel S460columns is inferior to mild Q235columns because of the reduction coefficient of yield strength for S460steel at elevated temperature is lower than mild Q235steel.Slenderness ratio has little effect on critical temperature of mild Q235columns.Slenderness ratio has some effect on critical temperature of mild S460columns.Initial imperfection has more impact on fire-resistance of S460steel.
