摘要
在光热发电中,储能系统所需的熔盐储量非常大,一般都达到万吨级;同时,为了提高后端发电机组的运行效率,熔盐可能被加热至400℃以上的高温.因此,熔盐储罐基础既要满足承重需求又要满足减少热量损失的要求.针对某工程复合基础,通过热分析及承载力计算,给出了基础中的各种材料及其厚度范围.复合基础中包括隔热层、保温层、砂垫层、钢管层及钢筋混凝土层等.分析表明该复合基础满足以上要求,对类似工程具有一定参考价值.
In the solar thermal electric power generation,molten salt reserves is in need of energy storage system so much that generally reached tons.Meanwhile,molten salt may be heated to a high temperature above 400℃in order to improve the efficiency of the generators set.Therefore,molten salt tank foundation is necessary to meet the bearing demanded but also to meet the needs of reducing heat loss.This paper uses the composite foundation.By thermal analysis and bearing capacity calculation,it is given variety of materials and thickness ranges.The composite foundation include thermal-protective coating,insulating layer,sand bed,steel pipe layer and reinforced concrete floors.The analytical results show that the composite foundation can meet the above requirements.Therefore it has a great engineering significance.
