摘要
对于预制桩钢接头的防腐,《工业建筑防腐蚀设计规范》推荐采用耐磨防腐蚀涂料或热收缩聚乙烯套膜进行保护.这种保护措施对预制管桩的防护效果较好,而对于预制方桩,由于钢接头是通过角钢焊接连接,沉桩时接头角部存在应力集中和过大摩擦,易导致防腐涂料或聚乙烯套膜发生破坏,防腐蚀保护的可靠度大大降低.基于提高预制方桩钢接头防腐措施可靠度的目的,设计了2种防腐层保护方案,进行了抗磨损对比试验,并根据试验结果找出了一种实用性强、可靠度高的预制方桩防腐层保护方案.试验研究成果也为今后的预制方桩钢接头的防腐层保护设计提供了一个可靠、可行的解决途径.
For the corrosion protection of the precast square pile steel joint,the use of wear resistant anticorrosive coating or heat shrinkable polyethylene film is recommended by code for anticorrosion design of industrial constructions.This method is applicable to precast tubular pile,but the protective effect is not good for precast square pile.For precast square piles,the steel joints are connected by welding angle,stress concentration is in the joint angle of pile,easily lead to corrosion protective coatings or polyethylene film damage;the reliability of corrosion protection is greatly reduced.In order to improve the reliability of anticorrosion measures for precast square pile steel joints two kinds of coating protection schemes are dre dengned;and then the anti-wear tests are carriedout.Finally,according to the test results,apractical,high reliability scheme for precast square pile coating protection is found,so as to also provide a reliable and feasible way for the design of steel joint protective layer of precast square piles.
