考虑烟道刚度火电厂烟道支架分析方法探讨

摘要 本文首先分析了影响大型火力发电厂中烟道支架结构选型条件,说明了在大型火力发电厂中烟道支架采用钢结构更为合理.接着,依托某2×1 000 MW级超超临界燃煤发电机组工程的前烟道支架结构设计工作,按考虑和不考虑前烟道刚度分别对前烟道支架进行了联合建模计算和独立建模计算,分析了两者在地震作用下的结构动力特性与内力计算结果的差异以及地震作用对烟道的影响.然后,基于烟道与钢烟道支架的联合模型对钢烟道支架进行结构方案设计优化,说明了烟道与钢烟道支架联合建模设计方法能够在保证结构安全性的前提下,提高结构设计经济性,可在大型火力发电厂结构设计中推广使用. In this paper,conditions influencing the flue duct supporting frame type selection in fossil-fired power plant are analyzed;and then the steel structure is demonstrated more reasonable.On the basis of design work of flue duct supporting frame in 2×1 000MW fossil-fired ultra-supercritical voltage units power plant,supporting frame models considering flue duct stiffness or not are applied separately to give comparison with each other in seism-induced structural dynamic property and internal forces.Afterwards,structural design optimization on the basis of modeling analysis method considering both steel flue duct and its supporting frame is executed to reveal the fact that this method can reduce construction cost in the premise of structural security guaranteeing and can be recommended for fossil-fired power plant structural design.
