摘要
在海上风电钢管桩的承载力检测中,经常遇到场地条件、加载吨位受限制的情况,导致传统静载荷试验无法开展.桩基自平衡法能够适用各种试验场地,具有测试吨位大、试验方便、费用低廉等优点,可以较好地解决海上风电桩基和火电桩基采用传统静载方法受限等问题.文中介绍自平衡试桩法的原理及与传统静载试桩的换算方法,同时介绍其在海上风电钢管桩和火电桩基中的成功应用.为自平衡试验进一步在海上风电钢管桩和火力发电桩基中的应用积累一定的经验.
In the test of vertical bearing capacity of the offshore piles,we often encounter the condition of site and loading limit,which can’t be carried out by traditional static load test.The self-balanced method can be applied to a variety of test sites;and it can solve not only the shortcomings of traditional methods but also can test high load.This paper introduces the principle of self-balanced test pile method and the conversion method of the test;meanwhile,we introducetts successful application to the steel pipe pile of offshore wind turbines and the thermal power pile foundation.The results show that this theory is reliable and has good accuracy.and it also shows that this method has a wide application prospect in offshore pile foundations.It has accumulated some experience EIUUV in the application of self-balancing test to offshore wind power steel pipe pile and thermal power pile foundation.
