摘要
我国东北、西北等高纬度地区建设工程有效施工时间短,但受工期制约,冬期低温环境下的混凝土施工是必要的.目前常见的防冻剂可保证混凝土在-15℃以上环境中不受冻害,当环境温度低于-15℃时,主厂房及侧煤仓工程等高耸、大跨度、多楼层上部框架结构将不能或不便于采取传统常规方法进行混凝土养护施工.为保证冬期低温环境下的混凝土施工质量,解决高寒地区复杂结构的冬期施工期间的混凝土养护难题,中国电建集团核电工程公司通过现场多次实地实验,选用了预埋加热元件辅助升温的混凝土施工方案,从而保证了-25℃以上的环境中混凝土施工质量,满足了施工工期,并在国投哈密、华能宁夏大坝、国电方家庄等工程项目中成功应用.
In China’s Northeast,Northwest and other high latitudes region,the effective construction time for is short,but subject to the construction period constraints,winter low temperature environment concrete construction is necessary.At present the common concrete antifreeing agent can guarantee the environment at-15℃in from the cold;when the temperature is lower than-15℃,the main workshop and side bunker engineering high-rise and large-span,multi floor frame structure will not easy to take the conventional method of curing concrete construction.In order to ensure the quality of concrete construction in winter under the low temperature environment,solve the problems during the winter construction of concrete curing structure of the complex alpine region,China Power Engineering Consulting Group Nuclear Power Engineering Company through the in-situ experiment,the concrete construction scheme of the embedded auxiliary heating element schems,so as to ensure the concrete construction quality in-25℃environment and meet the construction period,and successfully applied to the Hami Huaneng Ningxia dam,Guodian Fangjiazhuang and other projects.
