基于风电机塔筒振动对基础混凝土强度影响的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了风力发电机组运行3~5年后在基础环内外侧周边基础混凝土松动、开裂、泛浆等情况的原因分析和处理方案.随着风力发电机组的长期运行,风机塔筒会产生不规律低频的振动和摆动,从而带动基础环随之产生低频振动,导致基础砼整体强度降低.同时顺着塔壁流下的雨水会不时地进入该缝隙,日久会使基础环外表面发生锈蚀,进一步加大基础环强度的损耗.此种情况如不及时处理,后果不堪设想. This paper introduces the reasons for the loosening,cracking and slurry flooding of the foundation concrete around the foundation ring after 3-5years’operation of the wind turbine.With the longterm operation of the wind turbine,vibration and oscillation of the wind turbine tower will produce irregular low frequency vibration,resulting in lower overall strength of concrete foundation.Meanwhile,the rainwater flowing along the wall of the tower will enter the cracks from time to time,which will cause corrosion of the outer surface of the foundation ring,and further decrease the strength of base ring.If this situation is not dealt with in time,the consequences will be unimaginable.
