摘要
沙特阿美沙巴哈联合循环项目位于鲁卜哈利沙漠深处,地下水丰富,盐碱度高,地质条件多为流沙,基坑长期暴露极易引起塌陷.特别是该项目属于燃机改造项目,检查井施工位于正在运行的设备周围,原有地下设施较多而且复杂.传统的检查井施工为现场大开挖、现浇钢筋混凝土施工,易出现池壁及管道接口渗漏等质量通病,而且施工周期长,不能满足该地区的抗渗漏、小开挖、快施工的要求.为此,电建核电公司通过采用“预制检查井、现场安装”的施工方法,实现了“工厂化、装配化、标准化”生产,保证了混凝土内在质量,提高了混凝土的外观工艺质量,极大减少了现场湿作业时间.
The Saudi Aramco Baja Combined Cycle Project is located in the depths of the Lou Bo Harry desert.It is rich in groundwater,high salinity and the geological conditions are mostly quicksand.The long-term exposure of the foundation pit can easily lead to subsidence.In particular,the project belongs to the gas turbine reconstruction project;the inspection well construction is located around the running equipments;and the existing underground facilities are more and more complex.The traditional construction inspection wells for field excavation,cast-in-place reinforced concrete construction,prone to wall and pipe interface quality problems,such as leakage,and long construction period,the area can not meet the anti-leakage,small excavation,fast construction requirements.Therefore,our Nuclear Power Engineering Company through the use of“prefabricated inspection well,on-site installation”scheme to ensure the quality of concrete,improve the appearance quality of concrete process,greatly reducing the wet operation time.
