防止树脂在环境温度升高时发生爆聚的有效措施 被引量:1

摘要 目前玻璃钢排烟内筒在国内新建电厂中受到了各发电集团业主的推崇和推广.由于玻璃钢排烟筒的制作过程与现场施工温度密切相关,而我国各地气候环境差异比较大,排烟筒制作场地环境温度升高会直接导致树脂交联固化的速度加快,树脂凝胶时间不固定,可能发生树脂基体局部爆聚或不固化,这对于玻璃钢烟囱的产品质量产生极大的影响.在实际工程项目中加入“2,4-戊二酮”实现了树脂缓聚,通过试验进行了探讨,提出了防止树脂发生爆聚的有效措施. The inner tank of chimney made of the glass fiber reinforced plastics is received the promotion of the power generation groups in new thermal power plant at present.Because the manufacturing process of the inner tank of glass fiber reinforced plastics is closely related to the construction temperature in site,the increment of environment temperature in site will directly results in the speed of resin crosslinking solidification up.The resin matrix may be imploded in local range or not be solidifiedon account of that the resin gelation time not fixed.It has great impact on the quality of the glass fiber reinforced plastics chimney.A chemicals,2,4-pentanedione,added in the practical project,realized the resin slowly gather.The research is come true by the test and the effective measures to prevent implosion of resin are proposed.
