模块化建造是AP1000压水堆核电站采用的一种先进的施工理念,其中结构模块主要分布在核岛及辅助厂房区域,其功能主要是作为结构墙体、楼梯以及其他辅助结构,使核岛及辅助厂房内部形成不同的独立区及相应的结构体.结构模块制作完成后,需在现场拼装成模块组合件,然后再整体拼装成模块,最后将整体拼装完成的模块吊装就位.

The modularized construction of AP1000pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant is an advanced construction idea;the structural modules are mainly distributed in nuclear island and auxiliary workshop area;their functions are mainly as a structural walls,stairs and other auxiliary structures to make nuclear island and auxiliary workshop to form different independent areas and the corresponding structure.The structural module production is completed;to assemble module assembly in site;and then assembled into a module as a whole.Finally,the completed whole assembled module will be hoisted in place.
