依附式锅炉电梯钢架受力性能分析与优化设计

Mechanical performance analysis and optimal design of steel boiler elevator shafts

摘要 在火力发电厂结构设计中,依附于锅炉钢架外侧是锅炉电梯井钢架常规的设计方法.通过对不同高度、地震烈度、基本风压、依附支撑位置、钢柱截面形式下的依附式锅炉电梯井钢架进行计算,分析依附式锅炉电梯钢架受力性能.分析结果表明:锅炉电梯井钢架通过依附支撑将大部分水平力传递给锅炉钢架,锅炉电梯井钢架高度、地震作用,风荷载作用对钢架受力性能影响较小;依附支撑设置位置对钢架受力性能影响较大,分析结果表明,依附支撑设置位置远离停靠层等钢架竖向刚度薄弱位置时受力更合理;通过分析H型钢柱和圆管柱电梯钢架的受力性能和用钢量对比,圆管柱电梯钢架的受力性能和经济效益,均优于H型钢柱电梯钢架的受力性能和经济效益. In the structure design of thermal power plants,the steel boiler elevator shaft is designed routinely to be attached to the outside of the boiler steel frame.By the calculation of the attached-type steel boiler elevator shaft with different heights,seismic intensities,basic wind pressures,attachment support positions,and cross-section forms of steel columns,the mechanical behavior of the attached-type steel boiler elevator shaft is discussed here.The analysis results show that the most of the horizontal forces of the steel boiler elevator shaft are passed to the boiler steel frame;therefore,the steel boiler elevator shaft height,seismic action and wind load have less influence on the mechanical behavior of the steel boiler elevator shaft,but attachment support position plays a greater role.Analyses results indicate that it is more reasonable that attachment supports keep away from the position,where the vertical stiffness of the steel boiler elevator shaft is weak,such as elevator-stop-floor.By comparing mechanical behavior and steel quantity between the steel boiler elevator shaft with H-shaped columns and that with pipe columns,the steel boiler elevator shaft with pipe columns performs better and more economical.
