百万机组电厂主厂房楼面钢结构精细化设计

摘要 百万机组电厂主厂房因楼面面积大、荷载大,导致楼面钢结构工程量很大,对主厂房的工程造价有较大影响.工艺荷载的大小、楼面均布活荷载取值和楼面钢梁的设计方法对主厂房楼面钢结构均有很大影响.以某百万级机组电厂的主厂房楼面钢结构作为研究对象,考虑上述几种因素对钢梁设计的影响进行分析,阐述了各因素对主厂房楼面钢结构影响的情况,得出一些有益结论. Floor area and load of main powerhouse of 1 000 MW unit power plant are very large;so the quantities of floor steel structure are also very large;and these have great influence on the engineering cost of main powerhouse.The value of technology load and uniform live load of the floor,the design method of floor steel beam have large influence on floor steel structure of main powerhouse.In this paper,a floor steel structure of a certain 1 000 MW unit power plant main powerhouse has been chosen as study object.Analysis has been done based on the above factors;then the results of those factors on main powerhouse floor steel structure have been described indetail.Finally,some useful conclusions are drawn.
