摘要
钢煤斗是燃煤火电厂中一种常见的输煤、储煤构筑物."裤衩型"钢煤斗是近年来煤电企业出现的一种新型巨型钢煤斗,该煤斗不仅具有贮存量大、占地面积小、装卸物料高效的优点,而且能与提升机、皮带传送机配合使用,从而形成机械化煤斗,具有极高的效率.对于该种新型煤斗应如何进行结构简化和分析,以及通过有限元分析,如何对结构进行有针对性的调整设计,是结构设计人员重点关心的问题.对某一大型"裤衩型"钢煤斗进行了分析与设计,为以后的钢煤斗设计提供一定的参考.
Steel coal scuttle is a common structure in thermal power plants to convey and store coal.Shorts-like steel coal scuttle is a new type of giant steel coal scuttle appearing in coal enterprises in recent years.This coal scuttle not only has many advantages,such as large capacity of storage,covering an small area,high efficiency of loading and unloading of materials,but also can be used with elevator and belt conveyor,with very high efficiency as a mechanized coal scuttle.The problem structural designers urgently need to know is how to simplify and analyze the new type coal scuttle,and find out the interaction between the coal and the structure.In this paper,a large shorts-like steel coal scuttle is analyzed and designed,so as to provide significant references for large scuttles design in the future.
