大型超深卸煤槽有限元分析与设计

摘要 火力发电厂卸煤槽的主体结构一般是较深的地下室结构,承受土压力、水压力、堆煤压力以及卸煤槽本身的静力、动力荷载,是一个较为复杂的结构体系.某火电厂卸煤槽全长231 m,深度为10.9 m,为大型超深地下结构.利用SAP2000有限元软件对结构进行有限元分析;对卸煤槽设计技术难点、结构选型、有限元分析、关键设计参数分析对比进行较为详细的论述;可为同类工程提供参考. The main structure of coal chute in thermal power plant is generally a deep basement structure.It is subjected to earth pressure,water pressure,coal pressure and static and dynamic loads,which is a complicated structural system.The coal chute of a thermal power plant is 231 meters long,with a depth of 10.9 meters,and is a large ultra deep underground structure.In this paper,the finite element analysis of the structure is carried out by SAP2000 finite element software.Also,this article introduces technical difficulties in design,structure selection,finite element analysis,analysis and comparison of key design parameters,so as to provide a better reference for other projects.
