摘要
风力发电机组塔筒与基础之间的连接通过基础环连接,而基础环的传力路径以及受力机理目前还不是十分明确.基础环在竖向力、弯矩以及剪力共同作用下,容易在基础环与基础交界的顶面产生较大的压应力.在这种高强度的压应力作用下,基础环侧壁混凝土容易出现局部压力过大而破坏的现象.针对这种问题,通过受力简图分析,给出了计算基础环侧壁压应力荷载的公式.针对混凝土局部受压而破坏的问题,在理论基础上并结合现场实际经验,提出了剪切连接件的改进措施,并在实际工程中得到很好的应用.
The connection between tower drum and foundation of a wind turbine is connected through foundation ring.While the force transmission path and mechanism of foundation ring are not very clear at present.Under the combined action of vertical force,bending moment and shear force,the foundation ring is easy to generate large compressive stress on the top of the interface between the foundation ring and the foundation.Under the action of high compressive stress,the foundation ring lateral concrete is prone to damage due to excessive local pressure.In order to solve this problem,the formula for calculating compressive stress load of the lateral wall of foundation ring is given by analyzing the stress profile.Aiming at the problem of local pressure of concrete and damage,based on the theory and combined with actual experience,the authors put forward the improvement measures of shear joints;and a good application in practical engineering is obtained.
