摘要
结合实际工程,依据美国混凝土筒仓设计规范ACI313-97,通过对公式计算和有限元计算的结果进行比较,研究了内摩擦角的改变对钢筒仓应力及变形的影响.对于钢筒仓竖筒段,贮料压力对内摩擦角的变化比较敏感.对于钢筒仓漏斗段,当内摩擦角小于40°时,贮料压力对内摩擦角变化较敏感;当内摩擦角大于40°时,贮料压力受内摩擦角的影响就很微弱,可以忽略.通过有限元分析可知,加劲肋内力及变形随内摩擦角的增大而减小,壁板的变形也随内摩擦角的增大而减小.对于涉外工程,如果要求按美标设计,则应根据不同煤质合理选取其对应的有效内摩擦角来计算,如按中国规范设计,内摩擦角一般按30°选取.通过分析可知,内摩擦角的选取对于钢筒仓的设计起到了很重要的作用.
In accordance with practical engineering,the results of the formula calculation and finite element calculation are compared according to ACI 313-97;studying the influence of internal friction angle on the stress and deformation of steel bunker.For the vertical silo,the change of the internal friction angle will have a great effect on the pressure of the storage material.For the hopper,when the internal friction angle is less than 40 degrees,the change of the internal friction angle will have a great effect on the pressure of the storage material;when the internal friction angle is more than 40 degrees,the change of the internal friction angle will have little effect on the pressure of the storage material and can be ignored.By the finite element analysis the internal force and deformation of stiffeners will decrease with the increase of the internal friction angle;and so the deformation of wall.For the overseas projects,if the design is according to American Standard,the effective internal friction angle should be reasonably selected according to different coal quality.If the design is according to Chinese code,the angle of internal friction can be 30 degrees.So the internal friction angle plays an important role in the calculation of steel bunker.
