长江岸边某电厂循环水取水头方案优化设计

Optimized design of recycled water intake head at shore of Yangtze River for a power plant

摘要 根据某电厂拟建工程可研阶段《河势稳定分析报告》、《防洪影响评价》、《温排水物模试验》及《泥沙物理模型试验研究报告》,通过水流冲刷验算、泥沙淤积情况分析,确定拟建工程循环水取水头的布置方案;根据该厂2期工程取排水地段勘测报告及施工期取水区域水位情况,确定取水头制作、运输及安装方案.本工程采用长圆形钢筋混凝土取水头(L=22 m,D=8 m),具有水流阻力小(长圆形是圆形的0.7倍)、冲刷深度小(长圆形是圆形的0.57倍)、受温排水影响小(根据垂线温升分布情况,在3期取水口上方表层水体温升约3.0℃,热水层的厚度约6.0 m)、工程造价低等优点,满足本工程安全取水的要求. According to the research report of a proposed power plant in feasibility research stage including Assessment of flood control impact,Test study on physical impact simulation of thermal discharge from power plant,Experimential study on physical model of sediment,the arrangement of recycled water intake head is selected based on hydraulic destroy calculation and sediment analysis.Combined with the engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions of the second phase construction project of power plant and water level of intake area during construction,manufacture methods of intake head,members transport,struction hoisting and installation are introduced in detail.The project adopts oval shape reinforced concrete intake head(L=22 m,D=8 m),which have the advantages of weak flow resistance(0.7 times comparing to circular intake head),scour depth(0.57 times comparing to circular intake head),less affected by thermal discharge(according to the temperature rise distribution in the vertical line,the temperature in the surface water body above the water intake of the third phase project of power plant rise 3.0℃,the thickness of hot water layer is about 6 m)and low cost so as to meet the requirements for normal water intaking.
