摘要
知情同意制度的核心是患者获得有效的医疗信息,为避免传统医疗告知个性化、随意化的弊端,我国有必要建立以医生个体告知为主、第三方披露为辅的医疗告知体系。
The core of informed consent system is that patients get effective medical information.In order to avoid the disadvantages of individualization and randomization of traditional medical notification,it is necessary to establish a medical notification system in China,which is mainly based on doctor’s individual notification and supplemented by third party disclosure.
