互动仪式链视角下医疗纠纷成因及预防医疗纠纷关口前移策略初探

The causes of doctor-patient disputes from the perspective of "interactive ritual chain" and "Regulations on Prevention and Treatment of Medical Disputes":apreliminary study on the strategy of moving forward at the crossing

医疗纠纷的发生涉及医患双方的合法权益,还会危害正常的医疗秩序和医疗安全。《医疗纠纷预防和处理条例》凸显了医疗纠纷预防机制,通过加强医疗质量安全管理,畅通医患沟通渠道,从源头预防和减少纠纷[1]。互动仪式链理论有利于从微观情景下认识医患关系。本文尝试通过建立互动仪式链模型梳理微观情景下的医患关系走向及其背后行动者的行为动因,对整个医患关系的影响,并尝试分析《医疗纠纷预防和处理条例》关口前移策略的意义。

The doctor-patient disputes may do harm to the relationship of doctor and patient,and destroy the medical order and medical safety.Therefore,the Prevention and Treatment of Medical Disputes Regulations has been issued.The second chapter of it emphasizes the prevention mechanism of medical disputes,through strengthening the management of medical quality and safety,building the channels of communication between doctors and patients,preventing and reducing disputes.The theory of interactive ritual chain is helpful to understand the doctorpatient relationship from the micro situation.This paper tries to comb the trend of the doctor-patient relationship under the microcosmic situation and the behavior motivation of the actors behind it by establishing the interactive ritual chain model,as well as its influence on the doctor-patient relationship as a whole.This paper also tries to analyze the significance of the ' Prevention and Treatment of Medical Disputes Regulation' crossing forward strategy.
