浅谈对基层抗菌药物使用的全流程监管

Brief talk on the whole flow supervision on the use of antibacterial drugs at the primary medical institutes

抗菌药物在防治病原微生物所致的感染性疾病方面发挥了巨大的作用,但近年来由于不合理的使用也导致了日益严重的细菌耐药问题。本文在对基层医疗单位抗菌药物使用现状的调查基础上,分析了不合理使用抗菌药物的原因,提出了从销售源头到患者手中的抗菌药物全流程卫生监管措施建议。

Antibacterial agents play agreat role in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases caused by pathogenic micro organisms.But in recent years,irrational use has also led to the increasingly serious problem of bacterial drug resistance.Based on the investigation of the current situation of the use of antibacterial drugs in primary medical institutes,this paper analyzed the causes of irrational use of antibiotics,and put forward some suggestions for the hygienic supervision of the whole process of antibacterial agents from the source of sale to the hands of patients.
